Delivery, Refunds & Returns

Shipping costs

  • UK orders – postage for orders under £25 is £2.95. Orders over £25 will get free shipping, automatically applied at checkout.
  • European orders – shipping is a flat fee of £10.00 (automatically applied at checkout)
  • Rest of the world – shipping is a flat fee of £15.00 (automatically applied at checkout)
  • Please note: If you order products from our website for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will remain responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Delivery methods

  • We aim to get all orders out the next working day, however, during busier periods this may not be possible.
  • All our sheep are sent via Royal Mail 48, so they should be with you a few days from the date of order. Any large and light products are sent using a courier service – which normally takes around 3-4 days from the date of order.
  • Most of our customers are pleased by how quickly they receive their order but if yours takes longer than you think it should please allow at least 10 working days following placing your order before chasing it up. If it has not arrived after this timeframe, get in touch with us and we will do some investigating or send you out a replacement order.
  • If you have ordered a bespoke Chimney Sheep®, this will be dispatched the Friday after you made your order by courier. These packages usually arrive within 3-4 days, but again, please allow 10 working days for arrival during busier periods.
  • If you have ordered our Sheep Wool insulation, this will also be delivered by courier. Please allow up to three weeks for delivery once you have your shipping notification.

Refunds

  • If you’re not happy with your item then send it back in a re-sellable condition, including a proof of purchase within 60 days of arrival for a full refund minus the postage costs.
  • We appreciate that chimneys are hard to measure, but if you are not sure the Sheep is going to fit please wrap it in a plastic covering first so it doesn’t get all sooty (take the plastic off once you know it fits).
  • If you want to return a bespoke/odd sheep that has been tailor-made to your specifications, we do not normally accept returns unless it is due to an error in the sizing on our part. However, we want you to be happy with your sheep so if it doesn’t fit let us know and we will see if an exchange can be arranged.
  • Please ensure you keep your proof of postage until your refund has been given.

Exchanges

  • You can exchange any item by sending it back to us in a re-sellable condition with your proof of purchase and the item you’d like to exchange it for. Any difference in price will either be refunded or sent to you as an invoice, minus any postage costs.
  • However, it is a lot easier if you return the incorrect item for a refund and buy the replacement item online. You will receive your new item much quicker!
    Please ensure you keep your proof of postage until you have your exchanged item.

Faulty Items

  • In the unlikely event of the product failing or arriving then send it back with proof of purchase. Please specify whether you’d like a full refund or for the item to be exchanged.
  • In all cases, please ensure you keep your proof of postage until your refund has been given.
