Very easily! Simply select an item from anywhere on this site and then add it to your shopping basket. Once you have finished shopping, follow the checkout procedure to purchase your item(s).

We accept Visa, Visa/Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard through our WorldPay payment system. You can also pay for your order via PayPal.

Absolutely! Just give us a ring on 01900 269427 and we’ll happily process your order over the phone. We have someone manning the phones from 9am until 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Yes! We can send PayPal invoices in various currencies and can accept BACs payments in Euros. If you are paying with a card that uses any other currency than GBP then the exchange rate will be subject to your bank.

If you have had an email saying that your order has been shipped, unfortunately not. If you haven’t had this email then, yes. You can either cancel your order and reorder it or just get in touch with us regarding the changes you’d like to make to your order.

Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive. If it has not arrived after this timeframe, get in touch with us and we will do some investigating or send you out a replacement order.

If you have ordered our Sheep Wool insulation, please allow up to three weeks for delivery once you have your shipping notification.

Yes, we do. For European orders we charge £10.00 for shipping and for the rest of the world we charge £15.00 for shipping.

If you order products from our website for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. Please note that you will remain responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

You should receive an email notification informing you of when your order has been dispatched. We try to dispatch orders the next working day, however in busier times it may take slightly longer.

If you have ordered a bespoke sheep it will be dispatched on the Friday after ordering.

All orders are sent out the next working day. All our sheep are sent via Royal Mail 48, so they should be with you a few days from the date of order. Any large and bulky products are sent using a courier service – which normally takes around 3-4 days from the date of order.

We appreciate that chimneys are hard to measure, but if you are not sure the Sheep is going to fit please wrap it in a plastic covering first so it doesn’t get all sooty (take the plastic off once you know it fits. We are also happy to exchange sheep for larger or smaller ones. Please enclose a copy of the purchase order form with a note explaining whether you want a refund or replacement and specify what you want to exchange it for.

If you want to return a bespoke / odd sheep that has been tailor made to your specifications, we do not normally accept returns unless it is due to an error in the sizing on our part. However, we want you to be happy with your sheep so if it doesn’t fit let us know and we will see if an exchange can be arranged.

In the unlikely event of the product failing then send it back with proof of purchase, for a full refund or for the item to be exchanged.

In all cases, please ensure you keep your proof of postage until your refund has been given.

You can exchange your item by sending it back to us in a re-sellable condition with your proof of purchase and the item you’d like to exchange it for. Any difference in price will either be refunded or sent to you as an invoice, minus any postage costs.

However, it is a lot easier if you return the incorrect item for a refund and buy the replacement item online. The process will be much faster.

We are very sorry this has happened. Please get in touch with us to discuss the issue and we can either send you out a new one or give you a refund.

Where possible our products are made from recycled, sustainable or natural materials.

We are passionate about the environment but believe that you don’t have to sacrifice practicality for ‘eco-friendly’. We develop and curate product ranges that have functionality at their core but with the added bonus of being kind to the environment. We don’t like pulling the wool over your eyes (excuse the pun) so we will always be transparent as to how each of our products work and why they are beneficial to the environment.

No, we don’t. All prices shown on our website include the applicable VAT rate. If your order is being delivered outside of the UK, VAT will not be charged. It will automatically be deducted at checkout.
